Boys’ Reading Report

The UK’s National Literacy Trust has published a report on  boys’ reading issues. They explain the gap, noting the factors of gender identity, school, and home. Deadline for Library of Congress Literacy Awards

There is still time to apply for the new, prestigious Library of Congress literacy awards, which recognize and support individuals and institutions in the United States and abroad that have made significant contributions to combating illiteracy and aliteracy.
