University of Leipzig cancels contract negotiation with Elsevier

Because of the agressive price policy and a lack of willingness to start a discussion on alternative licence models, the University of Leipzig decided to break off licensing negotiations and cancelled all Elsevier Journals for 2015. For similar reason, the University of Konstanz had cancelled negotiations with Elsevier in 2014:
