2013 was an election year at IFLA sections and the Classification & Indexing Section has both outgoing and new members.
We extend a special thanks and farewell to Jo-Anne Bélair on the eve of her retirement. Jo-Anne was chair of the section for two two-year terms, from 2009-2013, and led with enthusiasm for the mission and goals of the standing committee and with grace and good humor towards her fellow committee members.
